Shri .AD Padmasingh, Chairman & Managing Director was amongst the select panel that deliberated on
Driving Growth with Next Gen Leaders during the annual meeting of CII on 09 Mar 2018 at ITC Grand Chola. In his deliberations,
he made the point that the growth drivers for the future encompasses effective leadership which is capable of building teams with strategic compass,
futuristic vision, defined purpose and deliberately focussed with a glocal perspective,
all by managing disruptions and innovating new products for both existing and new markets thus making a global footprint.
He also emphasised the role of optimising the skills to match the changing ecology of Digitised Industrialisation.

A special Article in the Daily Thanthi Newspaper published on 18th of October 2018, about the Brand’s Manufacturing and Procurement Excellence with the motto உணவே மருந்து as their watchword.

All the spices that Aachi uses has its own significance in a human life. Aachi directly identifies and goes to the places where spices like Fenugreek, pepper, jeera, asafoetida, mustard seeds, paprika, coriander, cumin etc are grown, to personally check for the quality of the produce. Secondly testing the farm produce in our Scientific Food testing Lab comprising of world class food testing equipment and researchers for quality;

Finally, Our state of the art hi–tech cold grinding facility for spices at the spices park in Gummidipoondi, grinds the tested in a dry condition. The cold grinding process which is used retains the aroma, the natural characteristic of the spices with longer shelf-life, makes the products to collide against each other thereby disintegrating into smaller pieces and then finally into the desired powdered form.
