Preparation of Ragi Dosa / Idly / Uthappam

Soak 1 portion Urad dhal and 1 portion rice for 4hours. Grind to a smooth paste. Add 3 portions of Aachi Ragi Flour, Salt and blend into smooth batter and keep aside for 10 minutes. Heat the tava and grease with Edible oil / Ghee. Pour a laddle of batter and spread, so that the edge may be thin. The center may be left soft. Sprinkle with fried chopped onions, chillies. Pour a spoon of oil around and cook in medium flame till the edge crisps. Remove the dosa. Serve hot with coconut chutney, sambar as per your choice. Now tasty Aachi Ragi Dosa is ready to serve.
Delicious Idly / Uthappam may also be prepared.
