In the recently released report of India’s Most Attractive Brands 2013 by the leading brand Insights company. The Trust Research Advisory (TRA), Aachi Masala has emerged as the most attractive brand in India, having been ranked 1 in the masala category.

Aachi as a brand has been ranked All India 174 from among the report’s top 1000 brands. While TRA surveyed and researched a total of 5000 brands across the country, the report has chosen to feature the top 1000 brands.

The Founder & Chairman of Aachi Group of Companies, Mr. A. D. Padmasingh Isaac said, “We are delighted that Aachi is ranked all India No. 1, as the Most Attractive Brand in the masala category. We thank our Aaachi customers and all the stakeholders of the brand for achieving this milestone in 2013.“

The primary survey was conducted with 2505 consumer-influencers across 16 cities based on TRA’s proprietary matrix of thirty-six Brand Attractiveness Traits. TRA, a Comniscient Group company, is an actionable insights and brand intelligence company dedicated to understanding and analyzing stakeholder behaviour through two globally acclaimed, proprietary matrices of Brand Trust and Brand Attractiveness. TRA is the publisher of The Brand Trust Report and India’s Most Attractive Brands.

5S is the name of a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words that begin with the alphabet ‘S’.,

The list describes how to organize a work space for efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and storing the items used, maintaining the area and items, and sustaining the new order.

ABK AOTS DOSOKAI is a registered society formed voluntarily by Engineers, Executives, Entrepreneurs, and others who had their Training with Japanese companies, through ABK, AOTS, Japan Foundation, JICA, with clear focus to work as a Bridge between Japan and India in all spheres. The motto and mission is to offer the concepts and methodology of world famous Japanese Shop Floor Improvement Techniques, Production and Quality Management and Cross Cultural Management Training to the Indian Engineers and work force.

The ABK AOTS DOSOKAI Tamilnadu centre organizes an annual meet to support the Industries across sectors to help them in improving their Standard Operating Protocol using the Japanese techniques to achieve Total Quality in the productivity.

Aachi Spices and Foods – Veg Pickle division was audited for the 5S Techniques and was adjudged FIRST PRIZE in the 9th ABK AOTS CDISSIA 5S ANNUAL AWARD in recognition of outstanding leadership and commitment exhibited by the company in the journey to become a 5S MODEL COMPANY.

The chairman of the “AACHI” group, Mr. Padmasingh Isaac received the PRIZE award at the function held by the group on 24th November 2012, at The Accord Metropolitan Hotel, Chennai from Mr. Shinya Fujii – Director General Japan External Trade Organization – JETRO.

Mr.A.D.Padmasingh Isaac, Founder and Chairman of Aachi Group of Companies was awarded the CSR Excellence Award 2012 by FICCI and University of Madras at a function held at Chennai on 6th September, 2012.

The Award was conferred by Mr.M.Narendra, Chairman and Managing Director, Indian Overseas Bank in the presence of Dr.G.Thiruvasagam, Vice Chancellor University of Madras, Mr.Murari, Advisor to FICCI President and Deputy High Commissioner of U.K.

He entered into a very competitive environment and with his determination, innovative strategies and hard work has made Aachi a powerful and strong Brand today. He has set up very strong distribution network in urban and rural markets.
 
He employs physically challenged, destitute and economically backward people who work in Aachi Group of Companies with high self esteem and pride of ownership for being entrusted with the work.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Visually challenged people work in packaging and preservation division. Physically challenged people work in counting and related division. Mr.Padmasingh Isaac ensures that the people who are from economically backwards Section of the society are given job security, uniforms, lunch and transport besides salary on par with others.
