Chemba Idiyappam Powder

Preparation

To 3 cups of Aachi Chemba Idiyappam Powder, add 4 1/2 cups of boiling water and salt to taste. Mix well and knead to make smooth dough. Squeeze through an idiyappam press over the idly moulds greased with Edible oil / wet cloth. Add grated coconut on top of the idiyappam. Steam cook and serve hot. Now tasty Aachi Chemba Idiyappam is ready.
